Brother of the Week Will Koran competed in and won his last Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament.

Installed insulation as a housewarming gift for Habitat for Humanity.

Congrats to Grant Bryant on his nomination for Mr. Heartthrob by Alpha Phi. The competition supports womenβs heart health.
